This policy explains how CCURVES (operated by Simon Covenant) handles your information across ccurves.dev and its subdomains — the Academy, Agency, Ida, The Wall and ScentsByC — and the CCURVES mobile app, which presents this same ecosystem. By using our services you agree to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us — such as your name, email, phone number and delivery address when you join a waitlist, place a ScentsByC order, submit a product to The Wall, or contact us.
- Messages — what you send when you chat with Ida, our AI assistant, so she can respond and improve.
- Basic technical data — standard logs (e.g. device type, general location by IP, pages viewed) used to keep the service secure and working.
The mobile app is a native shell around our website and does not add its own tracking. It does not access your contacts, photos or precise GPS location. ScentsByC delivery uses your device location only when you tap “use my location,” to estimate delivery.
How we use it
- To provide and operate the services — coursework, orders, the assistant, and the showcase.
- To process and deliver ScentsByC orders and respond to your requests.
- To improve our products and communicate with you about things you asked for.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run CCURVES, and only as needed:
- Payments — Paystack, to process card and transfer payments.
- Hosting & data — Vercel, Supabase and Upstash, to run and store the services.
- Messaging — Telegram and WhatsApp, when you choose to reach us there.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices & rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing us. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as the law requires.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Children
CCURVES is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
